The communication with the hotel before arriving was disappointing. We tried calling and messaging several times to inform them of our late arrival, but received no response. once we arrived, the hotel was clean and comfortable. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Our experience with the hotel was soured by the lack of communication leading up to our arrival. Despite trying to get in touch, we arrived to find the hotel closed and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation.

The staff was friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. They were really nice too ensure I had a pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly, indoor pool is clean, nice evening garden, well-organized breakfast buffet.

The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was both nice and very clean.
Although our stay was great, there were a few things that could be improved. the bathroom was very small and the sink was in the middle of the room.
